Crewel Wool (2ply)

A finer yarn, ideal for:

Canvas with an HPI of 14 or more
Jacobean embroidery
Delicate detailed work
Lightweight fabrics
Blending two colours
Darning & Restoration projects

Soft, smooth, and glides through fabric beautifully.
Perfect for fine stitching and elegant design.

Tapestry Wool (4ply)

A thicker, more robust yarn, great for:

Canvas with an HPI of 12 or less
Textured or bold designs
Canvas and tapestry work
Hard-wearing projects

With rich colour depth and sturdy structure, tapestry wool helps your work stand out and stand strong.

Skeins

Shorter lengths, easy to handle. Perfect for multicolour work, fine details, or stitching on the go. Available in:
